Drill Sergeant SassiE - Reporting for Duty!

I sound a little disheveled in this clip because it started as an experiment. I was lying in bed and suddenly had the idea to make SassiE a Drill Sergeant. It went so well that I rolled over and started recording right then. That’s how fast the technology is moving around here.

When I became a personal trainer 30+ years ago, some clients wanted a drill-sergeant coach. I tried it—for a week. It was emotionally and physically exhausting, and it didn’t scale. So I built a scalable approach called TrainChange: I wrote a book on exercise and nutrition, had clients read it before we started, and then spent the next three months teaching them everything they needed to train themselves.

I still love the drill-sergeant vibe (I used it in my cycling classes—great energy, only ~2 hours a week). Now, with SassiE, our F2 AI Personal Trainer, I can programmatically train her on the TrainChange method and drill-sergeant coaching style using SAAPs (SassiE Adaptive Action Protocols).
