Pumped I was able to get a nice long ride in on the Airdyne before Super Bowl 60 today! I usually don’t have the time or the patience to ride that long because I’m trying to get some strength training in as well but did my resistance work yesterday. If you like to ride the stationary bike give it go. Also, stand up often after grinding it out when on the saddle when sprinting.
Roughly this was today’s protocol but do what you can if you’re just starting out. Listen to your body and monitor your heart rate❤️
* 5 min. warm up
* 20 min higher zone 3+(10”sprint: 50”recovery)
* 40 min zone 2
* 5 min. cool down
