Thank you ARH for inviting to lead a gentle chair yoga class at the Magoffin County Extension Office today!

We focused on movement and strength-building tailored for individuals managing diabetes, plus nervous system regulation tools to help lower cortisol spikes and promote deep calm.

Shoutout to Zoe + Aaron for bringing their sound to the Summer Stretch Series this weekend!

It has been so lovely to reconnect with Zoe (I was her dance teacher once upon a time 🥹) and hearing about all the cool things that she and Aaron are up to. One things for sure, we definitely have some musical talent in these hills 🍃🎶🫶
