We want to thank everyone for a great 2025-2026 Winter Funfest season with our “Christmas at the Farm” and our snow tubing. We wish we could’ve offered a few more days of tubing, but the ice was just too much to overcome. We look forward to seeing you again next November!

As many of you know, just walking out of the house is an adventure with the icy conditions. Unfortunately, we are still covered in ice and we cannot safely open up for our snow tubing. It’s really unfortunate because the hill is really slick! The skating rink pic is our parking and walking areas from early this morning. So, we are closed today, Sat 2/7.

We know from all the calls and messages that we’ve been getting since we’ve had the snow and cold temps, you’re looking to support our local small business and we sincerely appreciate that. However, sometimes there is such a thing as “too much of a good thing”(snow/ice/cold temps)!

We’ve been working all week to try to open up for our guests but we have decided that we will not be able to do so today, Fri 1/30 for sure.

This is in part due to roads/parking areas being snow/ice covered making it hard for vehicles and more importantly, ice covered ground surfaces making it difficult to even walk safely. We will re-evaluate our efforts and see if we may be able to do something on Saturday, but cold temps is going to make it difficult.

We were able to take advantage of the cool temps overnight before the “winter storm of the century” comes through this weekend and we were able to get down a nice layer of snow. So, we WILL be open tonight, Fri. Jan 23 for snow tubing! Come on out and enjoy before being locked in your house for a few days!

Admission Price: $10 for riders with unlimited rides. 2 & under are FREE. Cash and card accepted. Also includes free cookies while supplies last

*For the safety of our guests, we aren’t even thinking of trying to open for the next few days (after tonight) due to the large amounts of snow being forecast, making the roads hazardous and the extremely cold temps making it dangerous to be outside in. We will monitor the situation closely and will let everyone know when we plan to open again.

Just-Snow

We had a pretty good run of snowmaking overnight, so we WILL be open today, Mon. Jan 19 for snow tubing!

Hours: 1p-7p.

Just-Snow

Still a long night ahead, but we are gonna try our best to take advantage of the cold temps to have enough snow down to be able to offer snow tubing tomorrow, Mon. Jan. 19. If all goes well and no hiccups with the equipment (which can happen), we’re looking to be open from like 1p-7p.

Cost will be $10/tuber (cash/card), 2 & under Free.

This is tentative at this time and we will confirm the final direction in the morning with a FB update. We apologize for the short notice but we’ve learned that’s the way it works for snow tubing in Ky!

Keep an eye out for a FB in the morning by no later than 10a.

We know everyone (well not everyone 😜) is looking forward to some cold weather for us to be able to make snow or for Mother Nature to help us out a bit so we can finally offer local snow tubing! Well, looks like we have some potential for both this week…

BUT unfortunately, we have a previous commitment that had to be made a couple of weeks ago when the forecast wasn’t as promising. So, this is a heads up that we will not be open this weekend (1/17-18). However, we are looking ahead to next week with some hope 🤞🏻! We are so looking forward to our regular guests and to meet some new ones!
