Now making house calls! Since we moved out of our house, I have taken my bike fitting mobile. Had a great fit session with my friend at his home in Oldham Co. great to catch up with him and get his new bike set up for longer rides.

Life brings changes. It could be an injury or just the changes that come with aging. Your body is always changing so why should your bike fit be static?

I did Nathan’s first fit about 2ish years ago and he recently reached out for some help on some pain in his knee. We tried some things via email but finally realized he needed to come in for an assessment.

I recommend having your fit assessed every 2-3 years or post-injury or when you get a new bike.

It’s not often I get to do a post-bike fit ride with my clients. But when your athlete drives over from West Virginia for a bike fit, you have to show him the sights and get some in the road feedback on the fit.
