Welp, another in the books for our team. This was the 20th anniversary of the race and I’ve been participating and/ or sending athletes just about every year since 2015.
This year’s edition turned out to be one of those exceptionally epic “mud years” and I’m so excited that I had such big crew experience it- most for the first time.
Congrats to .m.gordils tackling the 100 and for crushing the 50.
Super proud of each of you.
Now, who’s ready to start thinking about year 21???

Another great weekend of racing all over the South for the team.
Congrats to Sue and Missy for winning their AGs at the 10th annual .

Congratulations to Steve and his team for their victory at the Adams Cup golf tournament this week.

I’ve been thrilled to be the strength and conditioning coach component of his team of experts taking his Masters golf career to the next level. When he told me he wanted to transition from cycling to follow this pursuit I was more than stoked to take on my roll.
He has put in a LOT of hard work, reveled in the ups and pushed through the downs and I’m so proud of him!!
So rest up and when you get home we’re getting back to work.

Huge congrats to Mercedes who decided 3 weeks ago to give Florida 70.3 Gulf Coast a go- her first half- while we are gearing up for IM Florida later in the year. As a coach this is not something I normally agree to but I decided what the hell and told her to go for it. She crushed it with a 5:17 finish time and 16th in her AG. I can’t wait to see what she can do with a little more training 😂😂

Two big events happening this weekend. Congrats to all my gravel riders at . It’s always my favorite of the year because it gives us all the opportunity to get together. Everyone met their goals and had fun. I think. Sorry if I don’t have a picture of you. My phone was MIA for a while.
Also- congrats to Levonia and her crew for heading down to Alabama for the Selma to Montgomery ride. This is a great event celebrating the March for Civil Rights. Levonia is an integral part of cultivating the Lowcountry chapter of these amazing cyclists and I’ve been blessed to be a part of her journey and spend time with many in the group.

My girl PR’ed her 1 rep deadlift today. After 2 “almosts” attempts I looked at her and said “For f**k’s sake, just fu***ng pick it up.” And… it worked!
This is why yall pay me the big bucks 😉
