We meet Every Tuesday & Thursday rain or shine at 5:00am to 5:45am, and end with circle of trust and a devotion. The mission of F3 is to plant, grow and serve small workout groups for the invigoration of male community leadership. F3 — our three Fs stand for Fitness, Fellowship and Faith — traces its roots to a free, participant-led boot camp workout held on Saturday mornings at a Charlotte, N.C.,
park since 2006. F3 Columbia launched its first Saturday workout on October 20, 2012 on the campus of Dreher High School and grew to include Irmo & Lexington. F3 Lexington was launched as its own region on December 19, 2014. Branching off of Lexington region, Batesburg was founded June 21st, 2016 and Saluda was established January 6, 2018. Our mission is to plant, grow and serve small workout groups for men for the invigoration of male community leadership. We are open to all men (18 and over) and all faiths (or no faith).
