Your fitness journey should meet you where you are, not the other way around. My goal is to help you build strength, confidence, and habits that actually fit into your life. I specialize in strength training, conditioning, and body composition, with a focus on sustainable, long-term results. Whether you’re brand new to fitness or ready to take your training to the next level, you’ll have the support and guidance to help you get there.

I’ll be offering 1-on-1 personal training, micro group training, and group fitness classes, with options for different goals, experience levels, and preferences. I can’t wait to meet you at Peak!
