It is hard to believe that my family started this journey almost 9 years ago. In that time, we have built an Amazing Fitness Center that everyone in the community can be proud of. Every time I sign up a new member, I am always proud to show Fitness Kings off, because most people would never expect to have such a professional and clean gym in the middle of the Ocala National Forest.

With that being said, there is always room for growth in every aspect of life. I want to continue to see our gym flourish so we can keep this momentum of growth for all of our members.

Fitness Kings 8th Anniversary 💪🏼

Tomorrow marks another awesome MILESTONE for my family.

On May 15th of 2017, I became the proud owner of four studio apartments and my hometowns Fitness Center right here in DOWNTOWN Salt Springs.

That is 8 YEARS AGO, but it doesn’t feel that long ago at all.

I take so much pride in what we have created for our community the past 8 years, and I know for a FACT, taking this calculated risk was one of the best decisions of my life.

Just like any small business, we have had our fair share of ups and downs, but here we are stronger than ever, and over the past 8 years, this job has given me the opportunity to build strong relationships with so many people in our community.

May of 2017, we started out with approximately 40 members. As of today, we have 200+

Because of all the support, we have been able to do SO MUCH in the past 8 years and we have no plans of stopping that any time soon. The inside and outside of Fitness Kings today are almost unrecognizable from where we started, but there is so much more I’d like to do to keep improving our hometown fitness center.

Just like being in a great band like Hayfire and raising my family, owning Fitness Kings and watching it continue to blossom into what it is today is what I consider one of my greatest achievements.

But I also know it takes a village to build something like this. There is no way we could have done it without our incredible community.

I want to let everyone know that has and is supporting us, that me and my family thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Hey everyone!

Our very own “Fitness Queen” is graduating with Honors today! For over the past 5 years she has been going to Nursing School, and today is the day she receives her BSN in Nursing 💪🏼

For almost 3 years now, she has been working at UF Health Shands Hospital as a Nurse in the Pediatric ICU, so this is going to be great for her furthering her career in Pediatrics.

Be sure to give her some love, I know I will! This is one hell of an accomplishment 🙌🏻

What’s up everyone?!

I wanted to make an announcement that I just added an extremely badass new piece of workout equipment to the Fitness Kings family of machines 💪🏼

I got my first workout on this thing a few days ago, and I could not be more thrilled to show it off now.

May I “introduce” you all to our brand new Adonis Cable-Tower by REP Fitness

If I seem excited, it’s because I really am! Not only has this new machine surpassed my expectations, but so has the company. They are USA 🇺🇸 Based out of Colorado and I’m really looking forward to continuing to build a relationship with them so I continue to keep adding more and more equipment like this one.

With that said, it is my responsibility to communicate to my members and community all of the upgrades we are making here at Fitness Kings, and to be honest, I haven’t really stayed on top of it like I should. As many know, I stay constantly busy also playing music for a living, and have a family that is without a doubt my biggest blessing, but also has a very demanding schedule. But enough with all the excuses…..

This new machine has really reinvigorated me to step it up here on social media and make sure our community knows that Fitness Kings is continuing to LEVEL UP ⬆️

Do me a favor, and keep spreading the word. Snowbird season is just about over, so we are going to have the expected drop-off in memberships, so we have the capacity to take on more memberships without overcrowding our Fitness Center 💪🏼

We’ve got a big birthday today at Fitness Kings!

Our main trainer Jim Wilson turns 80 years old today and he doesn’t look a day over 100 😂

This man right here and been such a big part of our fitness center’s success. He doesn’t have to be here every day, but he chooses to be. Between his knowledge and experience in heath/fitness, I have seen him help countless people over the years, and I know for a fact that he doesn’t do it for the money, he is just one of those humans that loves seeing people develop into their true potential.

Let’s give this man some love 💪🏼

And if you are a member, be sure to reach out to him or stop in this afternoon to tell him Happy Birthday 🎉
