Don’t gaslight yourself by convincing yourself that your suffering is “all in your head”
Or that it can be fixed with mindset work.
This is still OLD PARADIGM.
It’s the best that the old paradigm had to offer, don’t get me wrong.
But it won’t work on its own.
If you’re done all the mindset work, and you even created a life that looks like your dream - but you’re still FEELING disconnected, seeking, like it’s not “it” but it SHOULD be…
It’s likely that your next step is connecting to your:
- body
- emotions
- feelings
- physical sensations
- intuition
If you’ve excelled at mindset stuff:
1. AMAZING!!!! You’re ahead of most. You’ll want to put it to one side, or halt the learning in this area. But know it’s brilliant and definitely a necessary part of your path and process.
2. It’s gonna be hard - your mind will want to be right / take over / be very very loud. It won’t like being sidelined.
That’s ok. You gave it SO much airtime. That’s how you become an expert in it.
But to get to the next level, you have to let it be a demanding little thing. Just don’t let it take over 🙂
The mind needs: hard training and guiding
The body needs: gentle listening and being guided BY it.

Personally, even though I’ve known this stuff for ages, and spoken about it like I KNOW it all… I really haven’t been able to gently listen… be kind…. Feel love for my body… listen to the sensations and let them play out… surrender to what my body needs, listening really deeply…
And I’m only really just genuinely understanding this now.
