🥊 OUR FIRST SOLD OUT BOXING CLASS 🥊

Saturday at 9:15am was officially our first ever sold out boxing class at Tría, and that feels pretty amazing.

It might seem like a small milestone, but to us, it’s a big one.

We’re so grateful for every person who showed up Saturday and for every member who continues to show up for themselves, their health, and their fitness. We see the work you’re putting in and the progress you’re making, and it’s what keeps us going!

We love this community. We love our incredible coaches and staff. Thank you all for continuing to build it with us. 🖤

Former gymnast. Former cheerleader. Economics degree with minors in Sociology + Criminology. Casual overachiever. 😏

Mara brings a calming, balanced energy to her classes while creating space for every level to feel comfortable showing up exactly where they 🤍

Outside of Tría, she works in the legal field, loves to bake + cook, and is a serious movie buff.

Your pelvic floor is part of your core and it plays a role every time you lift, run, jump, brace, breathe, and move.

For Tría Talks #002, we’re bringing in pelvic, orthopedic + sports physical therapist Dr. Natasha Fett, PT, DPT for an interactive evening all about pelvic floor health for real life and real movement.

This isn’t just a lecture. We’ll get on the floor, learn how to engage and release, and actually practice how your pelvic floor should work with the rest of your body. Social hour with lights snacks to end the evening.

We believe movement should help you build strength, endurance, mobility, confidence, and resilience—not guilt.
