Bernales Institute of Martial Arts

Bernales Institute of Martial Arts BIMA offers classes for kids and adults, taught by certified and experienced instructors. Muay Thai, Jiu-Jitsu, Eskrima/Kali, Silat, JKD, MMA, and CSW.

The Bernales Institute of Martial Arts offers expert instruction within a supportive community atmosphere. We offer classes for kids and adults in a variety of arts, taught by certified instructors with decades of experience. Children's classes start at age 5 and, according to age-appropriateness, consist of Jiu-Jitsu, Eskrima/Kali, Jeet Kune Do, and Muay Thai Boxing. Adult class offerings also in

clude Silat, Mixed Martial Arts, Combat Submission Wrestling, and Conditioning. BIMA is closed on federal and Utah holidays and for the week between Christmas and New Year's.
