It’s hard to believe we’ve been coaching athletes on TrainHeroic for two whole years! In reflecting on what we’ve learned–from the transition, from the process of remote coaching, and from all of you–our biggest takeaway is that consistency reigns supreme. We’ve seen some incredible achievements from the people who do nothing more extraordinary than showing up and doing the work, day in and day out.
