Mettis Trainer™ is a pair of innovative shoe inserts that captures and displays running performance information on a smartphone. Each insert has three BendSensors™, one in the heel, lateral and medial side of the foot. Each sensor reads independently and will tell you when each area of your foot strikes and what percentage of pressure that area of your foot absorbs. The hardware in the insert will

then immediately send that information to your portable device for REAL TIME feedback. Anyone with running shoes and a smartphone (or other Bluetooth wireless device) using Android or iOS can use the Mettis Trainer™.
