Beginner 1 Tricks and Transitions ~This class is designed specifically for beginner students who are looking to learn the art of combining basic pole tricks with smooth transitions. This class focuses on teaching students how to seamlessly flow from one trick to another, creating a fluid and fun pole routine. Throughout the class, students will be introduced to a variety of beginner-level tricks and will learn how to link them together using beginner transitions. PLEASE NOTE that this class is suitable for students who are already taking beginner classes and have some experience with basic pole tricks. This class builds upon the foundations learned in beginner classes and focuses specifically on combining tricks and transitions to create a fluid routine. It is a great opportunity for students to further develop their skills and enhance their pole dancing abilities. This class will provide you with new techniques and a chance to practice and refine your skills in a supportive and encouraging environment. Spin Pole 1~Foundations~An all-level class focused on technique, critique, and foundational work to advance your pole journey or start a new one. In this class, we emphasize not only building muscle and joint stability but also enhancing your musicality and synchronicity while combining your learned skills into a concise pole routine. Tricks and Transitions ~ Levels 2 and up Learn progressions of level 2 tricks and other creative ways to transition with mini combos. You must be able to leg hang, butterfly and hold a chopper invert. Pole 2~spinning~Is the next level class that builds upon the foundational skills and strength developed in Pole 1. Introduction to more advanced techniques to challenge students and push their boundaries in their pole dance practice. You should be able to climb, do a jasmine, crucifix and know basic spins
Bring a mat and water
Spin Pole Combos~ levels 3-4 Intermediate to advanced flowing combos on a spinning pole. Combining tricks together, focusing on fluidity and new tricks all on a spinning pole.

Handsprings and Other Things~ Levels 2-4 Starting with the fundamentals of a solid and safe handspring, you will progress to transitions that allow you to move in and out of them fluidly. You must be comfortable with inverting and holding a butterfly. Inversions All Levels ~This class is designed to help students master the art of inverting on the pole. In this class, students will focus on drills specifically tailored to improve their invert technique and strength. They will learn different grips and positions that are essential for successful inverts. Whether you're a beginner or an advanced pole dancer, this class will provide a challenging yet supportive environment for you to progress and explore the exciting world of pole inversions. Exotic Technique~ Are you ready to take your pole dancing to the next level? Our Exotic Technique Class is designed for those who have already dipped their toes into beginner pole classes or students looking to explore the world of exotic dance. Students with some prior pole dance experience are welcome. Advanced polers seeking to refine their exotic technique are encouraged to join us. In this class, we'll take a step back to focus on the fundamental techniques of exotic dance. We will use conditioning drills to perfect your body positioning. We believe that a strong foundation is key to mastering the art of sensual movement. You will have the opportunity to apply what you've learned in a short, captivating choreography. Exotic Choreo~ Experience the allure of exotic dance like never before in our Exotic Choreo Class! This class is designed for experienced dancers who want to take their skills to the next level. Please note that prior experience in exotic dance is required before attending this class. We recommend taking a few exotic technique classes beforehand to familiarize yourself with the foundational movements. In our Exotic Choreo Class, you'll learn intricate routines that combine elements of exotic dance, floorwork, and sensual movements. Join us to unleash your inner vixen and embrace your femininity. Attire: Bring Socks, Heels and Knee Pads. Exotic Pole~ In this Intermediate choreography class, we will be discovering the sexy and confident style of exotic pole. This class will be based on technique and form with a focus on creating clean polished lines through muscle engagement and an emphasis on controlled movement. Attire: Bring Knee pads and heels. Active Flexibility~ Is an all-levels class dedicated to influence the rehabilitation of your joints and muscles, with goals to enhance overall flexibility in a healthy and safe practice. It utilizes movement and strength exercises to create the optimum conditions for improved flexibility. This class will focus on all areas of the body, with emphasis on proper alignment and building healthy stretching habits. Bring a yoga mat, blocks and straps to assist in various exercises and stretching techniques. Attire: Wear yoga pants. Pole Mobility~ This class is an all Levels class. This class is tailored to enhance mobility specifically for polers, targeting areas crucial for improved performance: shoulders, hips, wrists, and ankles. By focusing on enhancing range of motion and releasing tension in these key areas, participants will experience increased stability, optimizing their performance on the pole. Incorporating these mobility exercises into your regular pole training routine can elevate your pole dancing skills to new levels. Suitable for all levels
Bring your Yoga Mat and Comfy Clothes
Chair Dance~ Is an all levels class. This class is all about learning to dance with (or on) a chair! Class will include a warm up with conditioning, and work through tricks and choreography. You will experience a variety of chair acro, dance, and floor work. Each class will allow time for freestyle and practice as well. Attire: Knee pads and socks are highly advised. Heels optional. Leggings are recommended to allow sliding on the chair.
