Vicki has taken 260 Pvolve classes — and what she’s gained goes far beyond fitness. After 40 years of chronic pain, her pain levels have dropped, she’s sleeping through the night, and she’s back to enjoying every moment with her grandkids. We are so proud of you, . 🤍

NEW INSTRUCTOR ALERT!!!

Okay but for real this time! Did you guys see that Cassie is officially on the schedule?! Starting April 15th you’ll be able to see her on Wednesdays at 6pm, Thursdays at 6:30pm and rotating weekends. She has a degree in Exercise Physiology and has been training in the boutique fitness space for the better part of a decade. Her favorite part of coaching has been the relationships I make with amazing people along the way. She’s a Mom to three energetic kids with a fourth on the way and is so excited to be a part of the Pvolve community!

Let’s give her a warm welcome, we love you !!
