Join us Sunday April 6th from 11:30-12:30.

Our class will provide a balanced yoga practice that encourages a mind/body connection, as well a space to connect with the community. Our teachers are trained in various styles of yoga as well as having taking an Adaptive Yoga Teacher Training to provide a variety of options for all yoga practitioners.
