Get ready for our Third Annual CrossFit Kids Camp at CrossFit SpearHead this Summer! We will be running 2 separate 1-week long CrossFit Kids Camps for children ages 6 to 11. The first camp will be held June 3-7th and the second will be held the week of July 8-12th. Both of the camps will be coached by Coach Helene. Helene comes to us with years of kids coaching experience from Park City Resort’s Learn to Race Program and also works at Primary Children’s Hospital. She is so excited to have fun with your children! The camp will run from 10:30am-noon Monday through Friday and we are capping each week-long session at 15 kids.
