This rare event is less than two weeks away! Join us and learn from Sifu Gardner, who has been practicing Tai Chi / Qigong for more than 50 years.

Every time I am with my teacher, I am learning to BE (Breathe & Expand) and embrace me. Which is a constant practice because I am always changing. Choosing again and again, to embrace what is, not what was, or what may be—simply being in the now—where all is possible.
