ADULT DANCE CLASSES ARE HERE!

Yes, you read that right! We’ve added adult dance classes at The School of Dance and we’d LOVE to have you join us.

All levels are welcome.

Never danced before? Come on in.
Haven’t danced since you were a kid? We’ve got you.
Still dancing and ready for a challenge? Yep, you too!
Our instructors are experienced at teaching multiple levels in the same room, so you can move at the pace that feels right for YOU. No judgment. No comparisons. Just good music, movement, and a place to have some fun.

Because honestly… you’re never too old to dance. 😉

What does mental health have to do with dance?

Honestly?
A lot.

Dance gives kids a place to practice some of the biggest skills they’ll carry far beyond the studio.

Trying something hard.
Making mistakes.
Receiving correction.
Working through frustration.
Building confidence.
Trusting themselves.
Supporting the people around them.
And learning that they don’t have to be perfect to belong.

We don’t believe dance is therapy—and we don’t pretend it is.

But we do believe the environment we create matters.

The words we use matter.
The way we correct matters.
The way we celebrate matters.
And whether a child feels like they belong matters.

Because someday, they’re going to forget the combination they learned in class.

We hope they don’t forget how they felt while learning it.

Challenged, but never compared.

Rooted in joy.

We’re not THAT dance studio.

You know the one.

The one where being the best matters more than being yourself. Where comparison is called motivation. Where dance has to be stressful to be serious.

That’s not us.

We are proudly non-competitive. That doesn’t mean we don’t take dance seriously. It means our focus is on the dancer—not rankings, trophies, or being better than the person next to you.

We believe in hard work, high standards, discipline, and growth—while still making room for joy, creativity, mistakes, and being human.

Because we’re serious about dance.

We’re just not serious about making kids miserable.

This is dance rooted in joy.

This is dance built on belonging.

This is The School of Dance.

We’re creating a brand-new holiday performance exclusively for The School of Dance students, and we can’t wait to tell you all about it!

We’re The School of Dance.

But we’re not just a place where you come to learn ballet, jazz, hip hop, tap, breaking, acro, or contemporary.

We believe dance should be a place where you can be challenged without being compared.

Where you can work hard without feeling like you have to be perfect.

Where kids can make friends, build confidence, discover what they’re capable of, and—most importantly—feel like they belong.

We believe that when people are taught with love and belonging, everyone thrives.

That’s why our motto is simple:
