Not all carbon arrow shafts are made the same.

In this video, we break down the difference between traditional carbon wrap-and-roll construction and Easton’s ACU-Carbon technology. See how each manufacturing process works, what makes ACU-Carbon different, and why the way an arrow is built matters when it comes to consistency and performance.

From raw carbon material to a finished arrow shaft, take a closer look at the technology and manufacturing behind Easton arrows.

Pack Mule has turned into a must have among serious archers. Swipe to find out why

With three external pockets and five internal compartments, the Pack Mule gives you plenty of space to carry the gear you actually need in the field. From extra equipment and accessories to smaller items that are easy to lose, the multiple compartments help keep everything organized and accessible without having to dig through one large pocket.

The dedicated magnetic rangefinder pocket gives you a secure and convenient place to keep your rangefinder when you’re moving between targets or navigating through the field. The magnetic closure allows for quick, quiet access when you need to grab your rangefinder, while keeping it protected and right where you expect it to be.

The Pack Mule gives you dedicated, rear-facing arrow storage with adjustable dividers, allowing you to configure the compartments around your specific arrow setup. A retention cord helps keep your arrows secure and organized, giving you quick access while helping prevent your arrows from shifting around as you move.

The oversized release pouch gives you a dedicated place to keep your release close at hand when you’re not shooting. It also incorporates a cell-phone pocket and additional small-parts storage, giving you a convenient way to keep several essential items together instead of stuffing them into different pockets or leaving them loose in your pack.

The articulating hip-hugger belt is designed to move naturally with your body while you walk, bend, and move through the field. The D-loop suspension system helps keep the Pack Mule comfortably positioned while distributing the load around your hips instead of letting everything hang from your shoulders.

The compression-molded back panel provides structure and support while keeping the Pack Mule comfortable against your back. It is designed to improve airflow and reduce pressure during long days in the field, whether you’re walking a 3D course, practicing at the range, or spending hours chasing animals.

The Pack Mule is available in three different color options, so you can choose the look that best fits your gear and your style. Whether you want something

Clint, Easton’s VP of Product Development, has seen just about every kind of arrow made in his 25 years in the industry.
So when he talks about what separates a good arrow from a great one, it’s worth listening.
When designing an arrow, there are four critical variables: inside diameter, spine, weight, and outside diameter.
With conventional wrapped-and-rolled carbon construction, you can only control three. The fourth is lost in grinding, creating accuracy-robbing variation.
Easton’s ACU-Carbon™ process controls all four using a single die and single mandrel, eliminating variation from arrow to arrow and batch to batch.
The ACU-Carbon difference? There is no difference.
