Tuesday 9/22 join us for a community trail run and ice cream social with Not That Serious Running Club Women of the Wasatch and La Sportiva Salt Lake City Retail Store !

📍 5:45pm Popperton Park, SLC
👟 Shoe demos from La Sportiva
⛰️ Two routes: 4.6 miles with 900ft of vert or 6.4 with 1000ft of vert
🍦 Post-run ice cream at the park!

Get ready for stop #2 of the Wasatch Road Trip this week! On Saturday join our Logan chapter to summit Beirdneau Peak! 🚗⛰️

Other runs this week:

✨SLC Tuesday @ 5:45pm — choose between Terraces Loop or an out-and-back on Pipeline. Terraces is a 6 mile loop with ~1400 ft of vert. Meet for both at the parking lot next to the winter gate (as far up the canyon as you can drive).

✨Logan Tuesday @ 6:00pm — Join us at First Dam (Canyon Entrance Park) for a social paced run. We will run 4 miles out and back on the Logan River Trail. Option to cold plunge along the trail!

✨Ogden Wednesday @ 7:00 AM — 3-4.5 mile social pace run from the 9th St trailhead.

✨Draper Thursday @ 6:00pm — Join us for a trail run starting at Potato Hill Trailhead! The route is 5 miles with 600ft of elevation gain.

✨Provo Thursday @ 7:00pm — We will be running a 4 mi total out & back on the BST from Bridal Veil parking lot

✨SLC Friday @ 6:30am — Start your morning with a run on the 6 mile Red Butte Loop. Start from the BST trailhead across from Rotary Glen Park. Note: no sweeper on this route. Followed by coffee! ☕️

✨ SLC Friday @ 7:00am — Social-paced 4 mile Zoo bop for the less-early birds! Start from the BST trailhead across from Rotary Glen Park. Meet up with the 6:30am crew for coffee after.

✨ PC Sunday @ 8:00am — Our Park City/Wasatch hosts a rotating-location 5-8mi run on Sunday mornings. Check the discord channel later in the week for the location. Intermediate social pace, running both ups and downs with 1-2 breaks.

Wasatch Road Trip Stop #2: Bierdneau Peak Saturday 9/19, fueled by Precision Fuel & Hydration ! Meet at 9am at the Wind Cave trailhead, or coordinate with others to carpool up. Important note: there is no cell service in Logan Canyon so plan accordingly.

⛰️ Route: Beirdneau Peak via Wind Cave and Beirdneau Peak Trailhead
⛰️ 11 miles, ~4000ft of elevation gain.

We will do a mix of running and power hiking on the way up and will run down. The leading group will take about 4 hours total to finish the route.

✨SLC Tuesday @ 5:45pm — Run with Raide! We’re running the Thayne/Deso loop this week (5.6mi, 2000ft) followed by refreshments and gear talk with Raide

✨Logan Tuesday @ 6:00pm — Join us at First Dam (Canyon Entrance Park) for a social paced run. We will run 4 miles out and back on the Logan River Trail. Option to cold plunge along the trail!

✨Draper Thursday @ 6:00pm — Join us for a trail run starting at Potato Hill Trailhead! The route is 5 miles with 600ft of elevation gain.

✨Provo Thursday @ 5:30pm — We will be running a 4 mi loop from Nuun’s Park.

✨SLC Friday @ 6:30am — *self-led this week* our lead is running Wasatch 100, so coordinate in Discord if you’d like to run.

Every road trip needs fuel! ⛰️🚗✨ We’ll have Precision Fuel & Hydration samples and raffles at each of our upcoming Wasatch Road Trip stops, as well as an end of trip giveaway!

END OF ROAD TRIP GIVEAWAY
For each road trip stop you attend, you will be entered into a raffle for:
👟A pair of trail shoes 
🍉Precision Fuel & Hydration Mega Prize Pack

You can be entered up to 6 times, so the more runs you attend, the better your odds of winning!

Challenge Rules:
1. Go to the chapter’s run on the designated day.
2. Take a selfie or group pic at the run, whether that’s on top of the peak or along the trail! 
3. Use the provided template for that chapter’s peak in our highlighted stories on our Instagram page. Post the pic on your story and tag Women of the Wasatch. For group pics, you must post the photo individually for it to count in the challenge.
4. That’s it! The week of October 19th, we will put those who tagged us into an opportunity drawing and will announce the winner on our Instagram!

Additional Terms & Rules:
Instagram accounts must be public. Stories must be posted between 9/5/2026 and 10/18/2026.
