The white belt. Arguably the hardest belt for the adult beginner to earn. The adult student has to decide to sacrifice a few hours a week to train. After working all day most people want to go home, relax and eat dinner.
The next obstacle the prospective adult student must overcome are the questions of "Am I to old?" or " Will the more advanced students look down on me?" The answers to those questions are always no.
The final hurdle? Doing it today.
