Our River Valley Wrestling Academy did a great job this weekend at the Tulsa Union Fargo qualifier! Took 5 kids with all placing!
Briar James 1st & 1st in both Styles
Kie Barnes 1st & 4th in greco & freestyle
Jaden Gates 2nd in freestyle
Drew Simpson 3rd in freestyle
Kaydin McCartney 3rd in freestyle

We extend our congratulations to Farrah Crossno and Bodie Adams, who have been named the River Valley Democratic-Gazette / Prep Rally Women’s and Men’s Wrestler of the Year. 😊

Bodie and Farrah compete in Freestyle wrestling with RVFA, adhering to the principle that summer dedication translates to winter success.

Farrah, a senior at Greenwood under Coach John Kincade, boasts three Arkansas State Championships and holds the title of 2026 State Outstanding Wrestler.

Bodie, a senior at Sallisaw under Coach Mark Smith, is a two-time Oklahoma State Champion and 2026 State Outstanding Wrestler.

Both athletes plan to pursue careers in commercial aviation with Farrah set to attend flight school in Fort Smith next year before transferring to an aviation program, and Bodie will join Northeastern State University's inaugural men's wrestling team while working towards his aviation career.

Congratulations are in order for Farrah and Bodie. 💙🥳💚

Congratulations Jaden!

Jaden is competing this week with Team Oklahoma at the 14u FS/GR Duals in PA.
With a 6-2 record in Greco-Roman, Jaden earned the title of All-American!!
