🤼 Ascension Youth Wrestling Camp
July 11 • Ages 5–14

Train with our Ascension Wrestling staff plus three collegiate wrestlers from CMU for a high‑impact day of technique, drills, and live wrestling.

Ages 5–6: 8:00–9:30 AM — $25

Ages 7–14: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM — $50
Older athletes should bring a light snack.

Beads, Bows & Balance Camp
Get ready for a morning full of creativity, confidence, and gymnastics fun at our Beads, Bows & Balance Camp! Athletes will spend the day flipping, crafting, and shining as they rotate through balance‑focused gymnastics stations, create two adorable take‑home crafts, and enjoy games and challenges with friends.

Each athlete will make both a custom bracelet and a Moxie‑color rag bow, designed to match our camp theme and give them something special to wear long after camp ends. With upbeat music, fun photo moments, and a positive environment, this camp blends the best of gymnastics and creativity into one unforgettable summer experience.

Athletes will bring their own lunch and enjoy it together at the gym. Space is limited to the first 30 athletes to enroll. Open to ages 5 & up

❤️ Grateful for their sacrifice. We’ll be closed Monday for Memorial Day in remembrance of those who served. Classes will resume as normal Tuesday — enjoy your Memorial Day with loved ones.

🌞 Summer Schedule Starts MONDAY!
We are so excited to kick off summer and have your athletes beat the heat with us! Classes start next week, and we can’t wait to see everyone back in the gym, moving, learning, and having fun. Summer schedule runs through July 31st!

If you’re planning to register for our Ascension Wrestling Camp, now is the time — spots are limited to the first 30 athletes, and they’re filling quickly. We’d love to have your wrestler join us for an awesome day on the mat!
