28 people showed up to ROCK OUT and once again our Cedardale Health & Fitness did not disappoint😘

Today I taught my largest POUND class to date in the 4+ years I’ve been teaching this format and I cannot even express how much joy it brings to my lil heart 🥰🥰🥰

When you find a workout that just speaks directly to your soul, you know it’s worth spreading the love 😎

Never underestimate the power and MAGIC of a kickass group class 🙌🏻🤘😍

Tonight’s POUND class at RISE Fitness Studio was exactly what I needed to turn today around.

My day was filled with anxiety, exhaustion, self-doubt, overwhelming sadness for no actual reason, and even some tears - topped off with the start of a headache while I was on my way here….

Get to the studio to be greeted to a full room of 10 PHENOMENAL woman of all ranges and abilities ready to rock with me

The music takes over and just like that, the stress of the day dissipated with every single strike those magic bright green Ripstix made 🤩

I needed this so bad tonight - exercise releases endorphins and endorphins make you happy…. POUND releases MAGIC

Every Wednesday @ 7pm
