Interested in competing at the college level? Spend the day getting a firsthand look and learning from Head Coach Coach Nate Parsley at Salisbury University.

What makes Salisbury special is the level of care and pride we take in taking care of our own.

This week, our team showed exactly what that means.

After volunteering to welcome new students and families on Move-In Day, our returners were back at it last night, helping create a special experience for the freshman class as they were ushered into Sea Gull Stadium for their class photo, one of Salisbury’s great traditions.

Proud of this group for continuing to represent what it means to be part of something bigger than yourself.

The Standard: We know how to close 🫰

We train to be at our best when fatigue sets in. To close a race. To finish a meet. To find another gear when the finish line is in sight. And on the final night of the 2026 NJAC Championships, that showed, earning gold in four events, including three first-time NJAC champions!

🥇 Women’s 400 freestyle relay

But those outcomes weren’t earned on that final day in February. They were earned through achieving our standard: everyday in every practice, every race opportunity, and every chance to finish stronger.

The final margin: 647.5 points, the largest margin of victory by any men’s or women’s team in NJAC Championship history.
