We had an incredible time with Katie Hay, Yoga Therapist and expert in healthy aging, as she guided us through essential techniques for boosting bone strength and balance. Participants learned specific yoga postures that promote bone growth and support density and practiced movements to enhance neuromuscular health. Here’s to stronger bones and better balance! 💪🏼

It's with much excitement that Railwalk officially welcomes Sara Cline to our teaching staff in June.

Sara first came to yoga for its physical benefits—the strength, movement, and challenge it brought to her life. During her pregnancy and her husband’s deployment, her practice deepened, becoming a source of peace, grounding, and strength during a time of uncertainty and change. This transformative experience inspired her to complete a 200-hour yoga teacher training with guidance from Sandy R***r, allowing her to hold space for others to discover what they need within their own practice. Sara's teaching philosophy centers on creating a welcoming atmosphere that fosters presence, connection, and balance both on and off the mat.

Join Sara on the mat for our heated flow offerings on Fridays and Saturdays. She will also be helping with our Wednesday power flows. See you in the studio!

We loved having some of Catawba College Athletics football boys into the studio this past week for a Pilates session followed by a well-deserved and hard-earned deep stretch class. We love when our local athletes cross our threshold and realize what a perfect pairing our studio is to their regularly-scheduled training regiment.

Celebrate Mother’s Day WEEKEND with Us!

Mother’s Day weekend, we invite all SoFul Members and current class-pass holders to bring their Mom, the person who made them a Mom, or a Mother-like figure to join us for a FREE class! Join us for our regularly-scheduled classes on Saturday, May 9, and Sunday, May 10. Class capacity is 25.

We recognize that Mother's Day can bring up a range of emotions for many, and we want to create a warm and welcoming space for everyone. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to ensure time to register and settle in for a beautiful practice together.

Hey, Wednesday yoga students! We think you'll be happy to hear that our 9 am Strength + Stability is returning. Beginning Wednesday, April 29, we'll welcome Amber to Railwalk to teach a 9 am Strength + Stability. The other good news is that the 10:30 time slot also returns--Jenny will take her Yoga Blend to 10:30 am.
