Yoga for Kids is a fun practice full of breaths and poses named after animals!
Kids ages 6-12 get to practice together, doing something good for their minds and bodies! They will also learn important mindfulness skills they can take with them off their mats!
Kids can be walked into the studio and picked up after class or you can stay and watch from the waiting room!

Dear Dance Parents,

When your child walks into dance class, they are stepping into a journey that goes far beyond pliés and pirouettes. They are learning how to be part of a team, how to celebrate others, and how to handle the days when things do not go quite right. They are figuring out that practice pays off, that showing up matters, and that kindness makes the studio a better place for everyone.

Along the way, they gain confidence, resilience, and the courage to try again. They are learning life skills that will carry them far, whether or not they ever set foot on a stage again. And how lucky they are to have parents who believe in the power of dance to shape who they become. You get to watch it all unfold. How cool is that?! Have an awesome day and enjoy the journey
