Bryce Quartucci has been a coach with us for 2 years and is now our Director of Strength & Conditioning!💪 He will continue to lead our Foundations program and will also lead our Elevate program! He is an exceptional coach and a great leader, and we are blessed to have him play such a vital role at A4🙌 Here are a few fun facts about Coach Bryce:

Today our athletes kicked off the summer by learning proper movement, building strength, improving athleticism, and setting the standard for the weeks ahead. Every rep, every sprint, and every coaching cue is an investment in becoming a better athlete.

We’re excited to watch these athletes grow stronger, move better, and gain confidence all summer long.

Oh what a journey it’s been🖤🤍💛 As many of you already know, this is Coach Ben’s last week at A4😔 He has been an integral part of our growth and a leader in our community the past 3.5 years.
