Michigan concealed pistol course from the holstered position. Learn to draw and shoot your firearm from a holstered position in one day while earning your Michigan concealed pistol license.

Courses are held on the second and fourth Saturday of each month. Different days can be arranged for groups of eight or more. Course length is 8:00 am to 6:00 PM.

Must bring pistol, three magazines, 100 rounds of ammo and an outside the waistband holster or you can rent all the equipment.

Due to a limited number of speciality courses such as Coach Schools and Training Counselor Development Workshops, they are shown with background color and all are provided including those outside your search criteria.

This was a full weekend, where we were able to have 3 Tricounty members earn their Chief Range Safety Officer credentials and 2 earn their NRA Pistol Instructor credentials. Congratulations to both groups for building and enhancing the Tri County Sportsmen's League Instructors pool.

NRA Instructor training is coming in August to Tri-County Sportsmen's league in Saline, Michigan. There are 2 ways to become a Pistol & CCW Instructor.

The first way is to participate in our Weekend Warrior Training program that covers three weekends or six days on August 06, 07, 13, 14, 20 & 21st.

This weekend warrior training program is on three consecutive weekends. If you were going to miss one of these days you will have to participate then in a make up day during the week of hell week between August 22 and August 26, 2022. If you fail to pass One of the days during your weekend warrior training you can pay $50 and retry the course during hell week.

The second way is our Hell Week Training program where we will train and teach five days in a row 8 to 10 hours a day. We start on Monday at 8 AM and we will end on Friday at 7 PM.
This program runs from August 22 at 8 AM to August 26 at 7 PM.

This course was put together at the request of employers who is employees needed to get the training done as quickly as possible. Hell week begins with a basic pistol class and will end with the completion of your NRACCW instructor course.

It is recommended that once you pay for the course you will receive study material for the course and it is recommended that you study in advance. While this is not necessary, it is extremely helpful to be prepared.

As a NRA Training counselor, I will not give brakes to people who don’t understand the material as well as they should to become an instructor. Prior police and or military training may assist you in comprehending the material but will not gain exceptions for not passing any part of this course. .

To become an NRA CCW instructor you must first become a NRA Pistol Instructor.Here is a list of some of the upcoming classes we are offering over the next few months.

To be an Pistol Instructor, you must take 1, 2, 3

To be a Personal Protection inside the home Instructor, You first need to become a Pistol Instructor and then take 6 & 7.

To be a CCW Instructor, You first need to become a Pistol Instructor and then take 4 & 5.

To be a Personal Protection outside the home Instructor, You first need to become a Pistol Instructor & a Personal Protection inside the home Instructor and then take 8 & 9.

1. NRA Basic Pistol Shooting Course ($125.00)
— July 16, August 06, & August 22

2. Basic Instructor Training - This course is required within the 2 years preceding any Instructor level course you take. This course is 6 hours and it is offered at limited times. (No Charge)
— August 13

3. NRA Instructor Pistol Shooting Course ($250.00)
— August 14, August 24

4. NRA Basic CCW ($125.00)
— July 17, August 07, August 23

5. NRA Instructor CCW - 2 days ($350)
—August 20 - 21, August 25 - 26

6. NRA Personal Protection inside the home
7. NRA Instructor Personal Protection inside the home
8. NRA Personal Protection outside the home - 2 days
9. NRA Instructor Personal Protection outside the home - 2 days

You’ll need at least 750 rounds of ammo. Instructor candidates will get your Instructor materials at the completion of the basic courses.
