The sooner you learn the truth the sooner you can reach your goals

1.  Protein is your best friend no matter what your goal is: Second most abundant thing in your body. It is important whether you are trying to shed body fat or build muscle. Plus, it is the nutrient that provides you with satisfying and feeling full

2. Low carbs diets wreck your hormones by causing stress on your system it can alter hormonal production

3 .I Sleep is critical for fat loss, your body need ample recovery In order to know it’s OK to speed your metabolism up and burn off unnecessary fats

4 .Do not live in a caloric deficit, this causes unwanted stress on your body slows your metabolism and hormonal processes down- short term deficits are Beneficial however So our maintenance Calories

5 .excessive cardio will not make you toned. Cardio will keep you In Edessa fit and improve your cardiac health but too much of a good thing [excessive Dailey HIIT sessions and never resting] is NEVER GOOD
Again there is stress happening to your body here and it will turn on you and store body fat 

6 .Weightlifting does not make you bulky. Period. It will,
However,heplay your bodyincrease BMR {The amount of fat you can burn daily when not exercising. This is important for lifelong sustainable fitness and health

7 .  Fad diets keep you unhealthy and hungry, eliminating any specific food group will keep specific needed nutrients from being obtained and properly absorbed. You are also depriving yourself of food group that is needed to turn causing you to feel hungry and crave those foods even more

People always asked me what is better heavy lifting or light lifting they have a total misconception that heavy weights make you big and lighter weights make you more “cut” I guess you could say
And they never understand when I say it’s not true heavy and light or relative terms so, in terms of weightlifting it all boils down to this, you have to challenge your body enough that it creates a stimulus that your body then has to adapt to through recovery.
That’s why recovery is just as important as the training so more is not better
The question should be how do I have to train to create that stimulus and how do I recover the best?
Like anything in life whether it’s mathematics or learning how to close a house sale Or roofing a house
You have to be taught correctly
It’s the same with changing your physique so that’s what I do I teach people how to train heavy and or light to reach that stimulus the recovery part is easy eat lots of good food and rest low stress
Consistency is how you get there nobody’s good at anything without consistency

Thef other question I get is what cardio burns the most fat? this question drives me crazy!

Again so many misconceptions
The problem is A lot of people try to equate calorie burning in terms of walking on a treadmill with no incline versa high intensity cardio
Yes you might burn the same amount of calories in a 45 minute period of low impact cardio [steady state cardio ]than you would doing 15 minutes of a high intensity cardio
OK what do calories mean? The machine is calculating it ❗️❗️based on what ? your energy output ?
The problem is when your Intensity level gets too high no matter what it is sprinting, cycling hard squatting
Or running on that stupid treadmill your body cannot use fat as an energy source ❗️It must use carbohydrates !!!! you cannot generate enough ATP fast enough using the Krebs cycle which involves fatty acid oxidation etc.
So yes you’re burning calories but you’re burning carbohydrate calories you’re not burning stored fat calories❗️❗️❗️ And that’s the problem I have your not doing cardio to get in cardiovascular shape you’re doing cardio to burn body FAT
So if you want to ensure your body is burning stored body fat you need to do steady state cardio not high intensity
Longer and slower steady state😊
So if you’re doing high intensity cardio you’re actually burning carbohydrates so you’re actually eating carbohydrates to fuel your cardio which is SILLY BECAUCSE you’re trying to burn body fat
So doing the high intensity yes you might get a little bit of metabolic after burn but it’s not worth the risk of losing muscle first of all and second of all you’re risk of injury is also higher
To burn fat do steady state cardio

Wow all these years I had watch Dorian winning Olympia titles and looking up to this beast of a human. Then to evolving to a very enlightened and spiritual person. It’s awesome seeing people transform in life .

There is a lot to learn from this man. From being on mount Olympus and reigning for years to be able to transition if NOT an easy thing to do. I’ve listened to his interviews especially the one on in which he really explains the harsh reality of when your whole identity is based on how you look and how and when you can’t look that way anymore it, for some reeks havoc with your mental state.

Trust me we all go though this. Some more gracefully than others but we all can learn here from Dorian, being open and honest about true life after Bodybuilding is even more important than while going through it.

Every day in my head I strip everything away there's only two things left my two hands and the hard work Im willing to put in.
This process may not work for everybody but
it works for me ! Puts my back against the wall & keeps me hungry and grateful .In the end it'll always come down to our two hands,!
I don't quite look the way I did 10years ago ( age 47in picture @ 229 pounds
But I work like I do
Get to work .........

You have to have belief in yourself. You have to have work ethic. You have to have discipline. You have to have passion.
It doesn’t matter if you want to build 10lbs of muscle and be a model or 60lbs of muscle and be the next Mr.Olympia.
The recipe for building muscle physically and mentally is the same. The effort is the same. The food is the same, the supplements are the same.
Building muscle is building muscle and you need to start looking at it that way instead of believing the myth that building 10lbs is somehow different than building 50.
There is no such thing as ‘toning’, you’re either building muscle or not.
