Laguna Seca Rifle and Pistol Range is county owned recreational shooting facility. It has 32 shooting positions: Lanes 1-10 have steel reactive targets where all pistol calibers (magnums excluded) and rim fire rifle calibers can be shot, the targets are stationary and are at 15, 25, and 50 yards, there are also golf balls at varying distances. Lanes 12-16 are dedicated to shotguns, pistols, and ri
m fire rifles. They use paper targets and the target frames are at 15, 25, and 50 yards. Lanes 17-20 are dedicated to pistols and rim fire rifles. These lanes use portable target frames that can be placed from 3-200 yards. Lanes 21-23 are dedicated to rifles (pistols can also be shot from these lanes). These lanes also use the portable frames and include wooden, movable rifle benches. These lanes also use portable frames that can be placed from 3-200 yards. Lanes 25-27 are dedicated to rifles. These lanes use a concrete stationary rifle bench and their target frames are stationary and located at 50, 100, and 200 yards. Lanes 26-34 are dedicated to rifles. They have wooden movable rifle benches and their target frames are stationary and located at 50, 100, and 200 yards. There are steel targets at 250, 275, 300, 350, and 500 yards. These targets are available to all rifle lanes.
