🎆 An Unforgettable Independence Day: Salina's Red, White, & Blue Lineup
Salina is pulling out all the stops for a spectacular two-day blowout celebrating America’s freedom and the historic countdown to the Semi-Quincentennial. The official event poster lays out a jam-packed schedule of small-town, big-energy traditions. Here is the breakdown of the action:
The Main Event Anchors: The legendary Salina Riding Club Rodeo takes center stage at the Outdoor Arena at 7:45 PM on both July 3rd and July 4th, delivering heart-pounding cowboy action and patriotic family fun.
The Music & Dancing: Friday night kicks off the party with a massive Street Dance on Main Street right after the rodeo, featuring a live band and high-energy music proudly sponsored by The Elle at Creek & Main.
The Ultimate 4th of July Traditional Lineup: Thursday morning roars to life with a 6:00 AM Dynamite Blast, followed by a hearty community Pancake Breakfast at the North Sevier Middle School Pavilion ($10 adults, $5 kids).
Family Games & Competitions: Thursday morning is loaded with kids' races, the Fire Department’s famous Greased Pole, and the high-stakes NS Crimson Co****le Tournament kicking off at 9:00 AM.
The Grand Finale: Cool off with a free Money Dive Swim at the city pool. The massive Main Street Parade at 5:00 PM. Wrap up your holiday back at the arena for night two of the rodeo, culminating in a brilliant, sky-shaking Fireworks Display launched by the Salina Fire Department!
