On Wednesday, June 10, at M1918 Salina , we'll examine a lineup of gins that showcase the remarkable range of flavors hidden behind a single spirit category. From bright and refreshing to savory and botanical, each pour reveals a different side of the case.

As you work through the tasting, you'll record your observations on your Interrogation Card, uncovering the flavor profiles that appeal most to you. Once the investigation is complete, our team will use your findings to create a cocktail tailored specifically to your palate.

🕕 6:00–7:30 PM
💲 $60 per person
👥 Limited to 16 guests
The formal interrogation may end at 7:30, but you're welcome to stay and continue the conversation.

Due to the severe storms that moved through last night, the golf course sustained significant debris and damage. As a result, both the golf course and driving range will be closed today.

Our team will be working diligently to clean up the course.
We appreciate your patience and understanding and will provide updates as they become available for the course and range being open.
