375 for 2. Haven’t squated since March because of this neck injuring. I refuse to let s**t stop me. You have to do hard s**t in this life to become the best version of yourself. The squat is a great metaphor for life. When s**t is trying to push you down what will you do. Will you let it or will you push that s**t up. I will be the example to my kids in all aspects of life. I will set goals so high and never quit trying to reach them. I want them to know anything in this life is within reach for them. The only way to do is to show them by my actions not what I tell them to do. Let’s go people we have to change this world we live in. It’s a new month. What are you gonna do? A lot of us set good example in multiple areas of life for our kids but forget to set the example with health and fitness. Don’t we think that should be one of the top priorities we show them. Cause I promise you telling them doesn’t do. We have to show them through our action. Think on that for the day.

🗣️You have to put yourself first. I hear to many people bragging about putting their wife/husband and kids before themselves. That is the wrong approach. How can you truly provide and love them if you can’t even do for yourself? 🤦‍♂️. You have to love your self first and put the things that you NEED not want before everything else or you can not be the person they need. You will be a shallow version of yourself and that isn’t fair to them. It’s time people, it’s time for change.
If you have a wife or husband that think you shouldn’t workout cause that’s taking time from the family. You might need a new wife or husband cause what happens when you end up with a medical condition that either takes your life or takes all your money and assets cause of medical bills. Was that fair to them. All I am saying is make sure you are a priority, that way you can take care of the people around you. Stay positive, stay humble and stay grinding.
