Day 1 in the books! Had a awesome day gained two spots in the Heat race this morning to start our feature p5. These kids raced hard!!! I can also never thank all the other dads in the pits enough for their help, we got tangled up in a early wreck during the feature race and everyone in the pits stepped up to help while I sprinted to the trailer for a spare shock to keep us in the race. Tyson showed some amazing driving avoiding multiple wrecks and restarts in lap traffic to finish the day with a 3rd place win. Super proud of him and his driving today. Now time to prep to do it again tomorrow.

After the rain cleared out we ended up with a good practice day. The kids had a lot of fun with all the extra activities at the trace also! Great job putting all this together TQMA!!! Ready for day one of racing tomorrow, cars on track at 9am.

After a week of hard work we took some R&R time and went to Mid America Outdoors, to see some awesome racing of a different form.

Late post but last night we showed we are making improvements both with the car and behind the wheel. Car held in strong will about 25 laps in and then started to give up the front end. But Tyson drove his best race yet did everything he could and gave me what I needed to see to get the car better.
