Hi everyone! Thanks for viewing my page! My name is Breanna Lopez, I am a Certified Personal Trainer in Modesto, California. 💪 I have been on my own fitness journey since Jan. 2017. I personally enjoy strength training, CrossFit, weightlifting, powerlifting and all the gymnastic skills. I also make sure to recover with mobility exercises each day & keeping up with stretching. I currently have my B.A. in Kinesiology, whilst still researching & learning more about health and fitness everyday. I am an enthusiast on building strength through functional movements that help your everyday life and keep you strong for the activities that you love. Helping and motivating others to play an active role in their own personal health management is my passion by training them to be strong and knowledgeable. I will be that push of support and guidance to help my clients reach their goals.

My mission is help clientele understand the importance of resistance training and the long term effects of daily exercise to improve or sustain optimal health! My goal is to help people fall in love with an active lifestyle!

I want to find the perfect exercise routine for the individual, that they actually enjoy. Finding movements that make you feel strong and empowered will boost confidence and make exercise easy to sustain for a lifetime!
