When is the last time you felt freedom around food? For most of us it’s when we were kids. A time before we were taught to not listen to our bodies and look outside ourselves to take care of ourselves.

But literally no one knows us as well as us!!! We are the experts on what we need. Our bodies tell us all the time what they need…we just need to learn to listen.

This can be so scary because we are taught that if we don’t have a lot of rules we will just end up eating donuts and pizza on the couch. But when is the last time a binge like that genuinely made your body feel good??? That kind of thing is usually a reaction to having tapped out your willpower…not listening to your body!
