Using a handgun in extreme close quarters isn’t ideal, but if you own a pistol for defensive purposes, it’s good to know how to SAFELY manipulate it in all space (0-50-yards, at least). We have been in classes, & have seen many training videos, where the techniques are taught incorrectly & unsafely. The fundamental rules of fi****ms safety must ALWAYS apply.
For teaching (learning these techniques), one must CRAWL, STAND, WALK, then RUN. There are specific, & unique, safety precautions that MUST be taken. Always start with proper instruction, dry demos, & dry-practice prior to going live. Skip a step, & it can cost you everything.
This was our second Danger Close: Defensive Pistol course of the year & we have another one scheduled for August, which is sold-out. Let us know if you wish to be put on a waiting list in case anyone drops out.

We had a fun time yesterday evening in our PMO course with 9 amazing Americans.
We can’t stress enough that if you carry with an optic you must fully understand it. That includes how to shoot your pistol, WELL, even when all of your traditional sight options are unavailable.
*Do you know the different techniques to shoot your pistol accurately without traditional sight systems?
If not, you NEED to take a PMO course (with us, or someone else who KNOWS how to teach you this), & practice, practice, practice. A reflexive shooting course is also HIGHLY recommended.

We had a blast dancing in the shadows with this amazing group of defenders. These individuals consisted of LEO, Paramedics, Security Officers, Veterans, & Civilians alike, & they all understand the importance of training.
The average person has “cool gear” & thinks it’s enough, but gear means nothing without the training & knowledge on how to use it. This group is above average, & you should be, too.
