While we also celebrate weight loss goals reached, races ran, weight lifted, and PRs reached, the number one thing we'll always cheer for is your consistency.

Showing up through the ups and downs of life.

Getting your 30 minutes in even when nothing else is going right in your day.

Rolling out of bed at 5am or dragging yourself here after a long day of work.

We notice. And we'll always cheer you on for showing up for YOU.

Because even those impressive 1,000 session milestones were earned one session at a time 💪🏼

Meet the Owners of Fit Body Boot Camp Salem (Roanoke & Daleville)!

We are beyond excited to bring Fit Body Boot Camp to the amazing Salem community! 💙💪

A little about us 👇

Josiah has been coaching in the fitness industry for over 11 years. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science from Liberty University and has worked alongside physical therapists, chiropractors, and in hospital cardiac rehab. In 2018, he joined Fit Body Boot Camp in Michigan and discovered his passion for transforming lives through fitness.

Lydia has also been coaching for 11 years and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science. She’s devoted her career to making nutrition simple and sustainable for real people. Through her programs, clients have lost 80+ pounds—and kept it off!

💡 Fun Fact: Josiah and Lydia met on their very first day of school at Liberty University… in the gym! They’ve been inseparable ever since.

Things are coming along with the demolition!!

The wall is almost out!!

We should be done with demo by the end of the week and on to the building of the location!!

We just signed our lease! We’re super excited to be in the spot located right next to the sheets and the new First Watch 🍳!!

The building is currently getting a new facelift and construction on the inside will be starting soon.
