MURPH 2026 🇺🇸❤️

Yesterday was such an amazing day. Murph is never “just a workout.” It’s long, uncomfortable, exhausting, and mentally challenging and every single one of you rose to the occasion today!!! Murph is done each Memorial Day to honor and remember the men and women who sacrificed their lives for our freedom. It’s about gratitude, pushing through hard things, and remembering those who gave everything.

We are beyond proud of everyone who showed up and gave it their all today. There were moments today where it would’ve been easier to slow down, quit, or not show up at all… but you kept going. That’s what makes this community so special.

Watching you all push through the hard moments, cheer each other on, and finish stronger together is what it’s all about. Today proved that we are capable of hard things. ❤️

Take in this accomplishment, recover well, and enjoy all the amazing pictures from the day! Proud is an understatement. 👏🏻🇺🇸💙

While we also celebrate weight loss goals reached, races ran, weight lifted, and PRs reached, the number one thing we'll always cheer for is your consistency.

Showing up through the ups and downs of life.

Getting your 30 minutes in even when nothing else is going right in your day.

Rolling out of bed at 5am or dragging yourself here after a long day of work.

We notice. And we'll always cheer you on for showing up for YOU.

Because even those impressive 1,000 session milestones were earned one session at a time 💪🏼
