10,000 hours is the suggested amount of training/practice time it takes to master something.

Option 1. A typical youth rec. league season adds up to between 50-75 hours. So it would only take 133 years to master the game of baseball.

Option 2. Make an appointment to spend an hour or three per week at our place. Year round practice and training will make mastery more attainable.

It's that time of year baseball/softball fans. Training for next season starts now. The sooner the better to get you hitting in top form by opening day. This week Mike Runyon will be available on Tuesday and Thursday evenings for personal hitting training from 5-8 pm. Mike has coached at the college level and is expanding into the Salem area. Our first baseball season as Triple Crown Sports is coming to an end with the completion of the travel teams seasons, Legion ball playoffs, local town leagues, Salem Little League All-Star game, and City Series this past couple of weeks. We are very excited about the improvements and advances all our customers have made this season and hope that they are ready to keep working hard and improving even more for next year. It is the end of the summer league season and the junior high baseball and softball seasons and high school fall baseball season will be beginning very soon and we will continue to expect great thing from all our customers who have been putting in the extra time and effort and all the players representing their schools and towns.

We want to be available to all our customers as they prepare for the fall seasons but we will be adjusting our hours to reflect the end of the summer seasons and the beginning of the fall seasons. Starting on July 25th, we will be open Monday through Friday from 4pm to 6pm. Weekends and weekday times earlier than 4 pm or later than 6pm are available by appointment. Give us one days notice and we will be more than happy to get you access to the facility or schedule a training with you.
