🏈 JAMBOREE DAY IS ALMOST HERE! 🏈
Tackle Families, Saxon Youth Football is headed to Silverton this Saturday, August 29, for the 2026 Youth Football Jamboree!

📍 Silverton High School
400 N James St Silverton, OR 97381

We’re excited to get on the field, compete, learn, and get ready for the season! 💪🏈

A few things for players & families to know:
• Teams must weigh in 30 minutes before their first game
• Games are 20 minutes (10-minute running halves with a 5-minute halftime)
• Games are played from the 40-yard line to the end zone
• Home team starts on offense and switches after halftime
• Official game-rule penalties are in effect
• Please keep cleats off the track
• Bring a chair if your game is on the grass field
• Turf spectators should watch from the home/away stands only

🍔 Food & drinks will be available on site, including Island Fusion Barbeque, Silver Dogs, Kona Ice, The Treat Truck, and Travelin’ Tom’s Coffee.

Hi Saxon Youth Football Families,

Arrival & Parent Meeting 4:00 PM
Please arrive at the Lower Commons no later than 4:00 PM.
Our Parent Meeting will begin promptly at 4:00 PM.
All athletes should arrive dressed in their blue game uniforms with white socks and be ready for team pictures immediately following the meeting.

Text-A-Thon Fundraiser
Immediately following the parent meeting, we will be holding our Text-A-Thon Fundraiser. This is an important fundraiser for our program, and we appreciate every family participating. The funds raised help support equipment, uniforms, and scholarship opportunities.

Every Saxon Youth Football player is asked to bring one case of bottled water to help support our program throughout the season.

WHAT TO BRING:
• Filled-out Sports Physical form*
• Signed Parental or Legal Guardian Consent*
• A Parent or Legal Guardian must be present
This is a first come, first served event. If you are not able to participate on this date, please call Salem Free Clinics at 503-990-8772 to make an appointment for a Free Sports Physical at the clinic (1300 Broadway St NE, Suite #104).

⏰ Arrive early—camp starts promptly at 4:00 PM and ends at 5:30 PM.
