Hey Blue Wave! I'm gonna try to get us team shirts here BEFORE City-County! Grayson has the sizes for team members and their shirt was included in registration. BUT, if you'd like a parent shirt, I can include your order with the team order. Due to the shipment needing to be rushed, the price is $26.56/shirt. You can venmo/paypal/zelle me if you'd like to be included. I need to order in the next 24 hours to ensure delivery before City-County, so let me know ASAP!

Hey Blue Wave!
We received MANY compliments from the RVAA for all the help provided to run a very efficient meet at Forest Hills! Thank You!!
We still have a few volunteer slots that need to be filled for the meet next Monday, 6/20 at Ashley Plantation.
We need 3 Timers (push a button), and 2 for Clerk of Course (line up kiddos), and 1 person to help with Ribbons (apply a sticker).

Here's the Heat Sheet! I anticipate this will be the shortest meet you've ever attended...less than 100 swimmers TOTAL!

Ok Blue Wave…
As your RVAA delegate, I was just contacted by the RVAA board about how 21 of our 23 volunteer spots have not been filled for Monday’s meet at Forest Hills. YES, it is OUR responsibility to volunteer EVEN when we aren’t hosting. We have a responsibility at EVERY SINGLE MEET! Without volunteers, this meet, and future meets may very well be cancelled.
The Sign Up Genius link is on the RVAA website’s main page…on the left side of the page…BRIGHT YELLOW BOXES.
Thank you to the one family that has already signed up to volunteer. It is much appreciated. Most of the volunteer positions require no training whatsoever and can be filled by high school students. If you know a high school student needing volunteer hours, PLEASE consider sharing this opportunity with them. Additionally, grandparents, aunts, uncles, baby sitters, etc are WELCOME!

Today is the last day to register with RVAA to be eligible to swim at swim meets this summer! Please make sure you register you and your swimmers by tonight, June 5 at midnight. While you are at it, make sure to fill out the Blue Wave Swim Team registration form also!

Practice will start tomorrow! Please note that Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday practices will be 10:00am to 11:00am for all age groups. We can't wait to see you at practice tomorrow morning!
