Be it known that I have finally issued certificates to those who have been more than patient with me .... In the future because of advanced technology things will be speeded up ! Thank goodness ! In the future the seal will be printed right on the certificate and not stamped .... That way I won't be coloring them in , my eyesight isn't what it used to be ! The signature portion will be centered making this possible !
