A successful Bike Clinic at Weddle Elementary School to celebrate World Bicycle Day! We were able to provide on the spot repairs and safety checks to kids and parents who brought their bikes. Our friends at Salem-Keizer Safe Routes generously provided free helmets and taught basic bike safety.

Announcing Directorial Transition Plan: Northwest Hub's development has been a passionate mission that rapidly developed in response to the needs of our community since our inception 12 years ago; nevertheless, I (Kirk/Current Executive Director) recently notified our board that I was pursuing new opportunities and believed the Hub is presently in a position to carry out its mission and even thrive with new changes in its composition and leadership. Our board and the many people who've made this work possible deserve credit for what has been built, and I believe that our current team under the transitional leadership of our new Assistant Director, Thomas Berney, will carry on the work wholeheartedly and to new heights.
