Nothing better than our Jazzercise community and the positivity and strength it inspires 💕

Jazzercise is all about strong women- literally and figuratively. Here are two pictured below in our San Carlos studio. Read below for a little instructor highlight- times two! Erica Nelson and her mom! 💪

My mom got certified June 1984. She had recently moved from Minnesota to Oregon and attended a jazzercise class with some friends. She’d gotten into road races, but thought that Jazzercise was super fun and a great workout so she became an instructor!

I was certified in April 2016. I had completed my collegiate swimming career and needed a group fitness program to help me stay active and motivated. I thought I was too cool for jazzercise in my youth, but it became the perfect way for me to stay really fit and have a community no matter where I’ve traveled and lived for work.

Couldn’t have said it better myself, Erica. Don’t we love our Jazzercise community?!
