Locker assignments and purchasing a locker for the season seems like an easy option for everyone. I’m here to tell you apparently it’s hard and mistakes get made because the Welcome Center oversold lockers. Members that prepaid for a locker will receive a refund if it’s not available for them. We apologize to anyone that may not get their locker and it was a terrible mistake that happened this year.
We are looking into purchasing more lockers for the season, and will be placing them close to the same location

Yes, ask dads, fathers, handymen or handywomen or anyone that starts a small project that should only take a couple hours, never takes a couple hours. Soooooo, today I took on the long overdue project to add a small culvert and drain pipe to divert water from the new playground to away from it. Water sat in the corner of the playground in the mulch and had nowhere to drain, and now we installed a drain that will pull water away from the playground and the area around it so it stays dry for the kids to enjoy. You will notice from the last couple of pictures, I gave up on the baby backhoe

Who came out today to enjoy the day with family and friends at The Salem Country Club? It was wet in the morning, and of course we are trying to get caught up on mowing, but it turned out to be a beautiful day!!

Opening day is upon us, but Ohio weather is trying not to cooperate today. Stop out and enjoy, and just letting everyone know the snack shack will not be open today. Lifeguards will be on duty until 6 PM due to the weather.

Tomorrow is opening day and we are SO excited for summer at The Salem Country Club! ☀️

A lot of people don’t realize everything we have inside the Welcome Center, so we wanted to give a little peek at what’s there! We have hats, tshirts, towels, sunscreen, soaps, sand cup holders, bait, fishing accessories, and lots of other fun things available for purchase throughout the summer.

Whether you forgot something at home, need a last minute item, or just want some Salem Country Club gear, stop in and see us! We love getting to say hi to everyone and can’t wait to welcome you all back for another fun summer at the club!! 😎

I didn’t forget, it just took time to coordinate when I or somebody would be at the welcome center for anybody the pre-ordered hats to come pick them up. The  welcome center will be open from two till 6PM today and tomorrow Friday and then resume regular hours starting Saturday. Those that pre-ordered hats can stop in and pick them up for the preorder price
