ServeAssist (SA) is a ball machine that tosses up a perfect toss for a student every time by tracking the tossing arm motion. SA attempts to build the 'sight picture' for a good toss, develop kinetic and muscle memory by repeatedly hitting good serves without worrying about the toss. In the second phase, the player tosses
