Dance Fitness and Dance with Charles Fentroy Zumba Fitness Instuctor, Group Fitness Trainer, Personal Trainer, Dance Coach Hello My Friends. Right now I am teaching 2 classes during the week.

I created this page to keep you updated on any classes that I teach, any new classes that are opening and give you some daily or weekly inspiration. I also started it to give you a chance to talk about your fitness journey. So please feel free to share your stories here and also share this page with your family and friends. Monday is teen/adult Hip Hop and Wednesday is Cardio Dance Fitness. We will be opening a brand new studio in Salem Oregon soon.There will be lots of classes offered for Adult, Teen, and Children. The staff is amazing. I will keep y'all informed as to when that will happen. But until then if you would more info, please feel free to contact me directly.

Free Dance Fitness class tomorrow morning at 9am. Cardio Fusion with C-Raye is a fun and energetic class in a judgement free zone. This class will have you moving to popular songs from past and present.The classes are held at 1230 Winter Street Salem Oregon on the Market street side of the building. If you are interested please contact us at 503-489-7504 to reserve a spot. There are only 12 spots so call ASAP.

Starting this week I will not longer be teaching Zumba. I will instead be teaching Cardio Fusion by C-Raye. This class will be a combination of dance fitness and Body toning. It's time for me to let go of the crutches of Zumba and start promoting myself and my stuff. Soon I will also be bringing back my Hip hop fitness class. Stay tuned.
